Terms of Service
Pricing and payment
All pricing is flat rate and quoted clearly before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Monthly plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime with no long-term contract.
No Fix, No Fee
If we are unable to resolve the primary issue diagnosed during your visit, you will not be charged for that service.
30-Day Repair Warranty
If the same issue we repaired returns within 30 days, we will address it at no additional charge.
Limitation of liability
Simple Fix IT performs all services with reasonable care. We are not responsible for data loss, and customers are responsible for backing up important files before service. We are not liable for indirect damages or pre-existing issues with your device unrelated to the service performed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
